Cancellation Policy
For individual bookings, a cancellation fee equivalant to one night's accommodation will apply if booking is cancelled within seven days of arrival. The full amount of booked accommodation will apply for cancellation notitication received less than 48 hours before booked arrival date and time. For group bookings, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% per room night for cancellations received within 28 days of arrival.
